Requirements:
To be a member of BrazOka you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Brazilian citizen or dependent of a Brazilian citizen;
- Be at least 19 years old; and
- Reside or plan to reside in the Okanagan Valley.
Benefits:
- Access to the Association's programs (some programs require additional payment);
- 50% discount on tickets for events promoted by the Association;
- Right to vote at the Association’s annual general meetings; and
- Exclusive discounts with our sponsors.
Membership Fee*: $20 per year, per member.
*membership fees are not refundable and are due every January 1st. Members admitted from January to November pay full fee. Members admitted in December pay the next year membership fee.
Dependents younger than 19 years of age cannot be admitted as members but can benefit from the parents' membership.
Become a Group Leader
As a member of BrazOka you can do more for your group representing them as a Group Leader.
Group Leaders are BrazOka members referred by the Brazilian community and/or appointed by the Board to represent groups of members or non-members with interests in the Association’s affairs, at the ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the BrazOka's Board of Directors.
The Association may admit a maximum of ten Group Leaders and the admission is subject to the approval of the majority of the Board's members.

Become a Volunteer
We know that not all help is financial and we believe in teamwork and the unity of our community to make projects become reality.
If you would like to actively contribute to our community with your skills, knowledge, and time, sign up as a volunteer to help with the Association's events and programs.
